Sublimation​ ​requires​ ​sublimation​ ​equipment​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​special​ ​inks​ ​and​ ​substrates.​ ​There​ ​will​ ​be​ ​no​ ​refunds​ ​if​ ​the​ ​image​ ​does​ ​not​ ​press​ ​correctly​ ​because​ ​a​ ​sublimation​ ​substrate​ ​was​ ​not​ ​used​ ​or​ ​user​ ​error.
